1950 Royal Spartanette $6,500

Info: This 1950 35 foot Royal Spartanette park model trailer (we call her Lucy) is in fairly good overall condition. My sister-in-law was living in her until this September. To my knowledge, Lucy still has most of her original hardware and appliances with the exception of the heating unit. The stove, toilet, and refrigerator are still functional, but the water heater needs replacing. The birch interior is in good condition and generates a very warm, comfortable feel. The dining seat upholstery and table are original. Last winter was a bit hard on her: a clump of snow fell from a tree and may have broken a roof cross-member. It created a dent in the roof but does not leak. Also, I discovered a pipe had been leaking for a while under the kitchen floor, so there is a section of the floor that is soft in this area.
